Job Title: Azure AI/GenAI/ML Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Azure AI/GenAI/ML Engineers to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and prompt engineering, with a keen understanding of generative AI technologies. Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions on the Azure platform, focusing on
• generative AI applications.
• Utilize deep learning techniques to develop sophisticated models for a variety of tasks,

including natural language processing, image generation, and more.

• Apply prompt engineering skills to refine interactions with AI models, ensuring clear and

effective communication of tasks and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems

and workflows.

• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, applying them to drive innovation

within the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with Azure

development environments.

• Expert knowledge in fine tuning foundational models, implementing prompt engineering

using React and other technologies, developing intelligent document processing using

RAG.

• In-depth knowledge Azure AI services, Azure Open AI and Azure ML, Python, Panda, NLP.
• Expertise in deep learning, especially in designing and training neural networks.
• Demonstrated experience in prompt engineering for fine-tuning and interacting with

generative AI models.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to tackling complex

challenges.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-

technical stakeholders.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Intelligent Document Processing solutions, including

OCR, and machine learning techniques for document classification and data extraction.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, preferably in a cloud environment like Azure.
• Experience with generative AI technologies and their practical applications.
